Code of Conduct
Respect and Professionalism. Treat all members, guests, venue staff, and partners with respect at all times. Hostile, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment. There is no harassment, threats, or intimidation permitted within the EGC community or at any EGC event. Violations result in immediate removal with no refund.
Privacy. Do not share member contact details, directory information, or screenshots from private channels outside of EGC without explicit permission.
Anti-Spam and Solicitation. Do not mass message members with unsolicited sales pitches or promotions. Use designated channels for business offerings. Consent-based selling only.
Conflict of Interest. Members shall not use EGC introductions, events, or directories to aggressively poach clients, employees, or proprietary strategies from other members.
RSVP Integrity. Only commit to events you intend to attend. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance when plans change.
Dress Code. On-course events require collared shirts and golf attire (no denim). Mixers and dinners require business casual or elevated attire.
Alcohol and Substances. Consume alcohol responsibly. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior is grounds for removal. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at all EGC events.

Terms and Conditions of Membership
Membership. Membership in EGC is a privilege subject to application and vetting. EGC reserves the right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at its sole discretion. Memberships are non-transferable.
Billing and Auto-Renewal. Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. Failure to maintain current payment status may result in immediate suspension of membership privileges.
Cancellation. Members may cancel by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
No Refunds. All initiation fees, monthly dues, and annual dues are strictly non-refundable. Members retain access through the end of the current paid period. EGC does not prorate or refund partial periods. Event fees are non-refundable unless cancelled within the stated cancellation window (typically 24–48 hours prior).
Membership Freeze. Members facing severe hardship may request a temporary freeze (up to 3 months) in writing. Approval is at the sole discretion of EGC leadership.
Confidentiality. Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any non-public business information, deal flow, or proprietary strategies shared within EGC events, mastermind sessions, or private dinners.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver. Members acknowledge that participation in EGC events involves inherent risks and participate entirely at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, members release, waive, and discharge EGC, its founders, officers, employees, agents, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) sustained while participating in EGC activities.
Indemnification. Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EGC, its founders, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the member’s conduct, violation of these terms, or harm caused to a third party.
Intellectual Property. All EGC branding, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of the Entrepreneur Golf Club and may not be used without written consent.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Charlotte, North Carolina, under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Members waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit against EGC.
Amendments and Severability. EGC may update these terms at any time with notice via email or the Member Hub. Continued membership constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in full effect.
